This recipe have ingredients typically in the Mughlai style of cooking-- Really its a perfect one-dish.





·         Take Chicken 750 gms.
·         Take Chicken tikka masala 3 tbs.
·         Take Lemon juice 1-2 tbs .
·         Take Ghee/oil 1 tbs .
·         Take 10-15 Kaju (Cashew nuts) .
·         Take Badaam (Almonds) blanched 3 tbs.
·         Take Pistey (Pistachio) 2 tbs.
·         Take Kishmish (Raisins) Soaked 2 tbs.
·         Take Ghee/Oil ¾ cup.
·         Take Pyaz (Onion) 2 (sliced).
·         Take Adrak Lehsan (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs .
·         Take Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs.
·         Take Saunf (Fennel seeds) ½ tbs .
·         Take Dhania (Coriander seeds) Roasted & crushed 1 tbs.
·         Take Namak (Salt) 1 tbs or to your taste.
·         Take Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2.
·         Take Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2.
·         Laung (Cloves) 7-8.
·         Choti elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4.
·         Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 8-10.
·         Badi Elaichi (Black cardamom) 2.
·         Chawal (Rice) Soaked 3 cups.
·         Pani (Water) 6 cups or as requirement.




Direction of Mughlai Pulao recipe:

·         First of all Marinate chicken with chicken tikka masala and lemon juice, So marinate for 2-3 hours.
·         Then In a fry pan, heat ghee/oil and fry cashew nuts, almonds, pistachio, and raisins;then  set aside.
·         After it in this pot, heat ghee/oil and fry chicken until it changes color and its half done; then set aside.
·         Now In the same oil, add onion and fry until brown.
·         Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté little.
·         Now you add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds (crushed), salt, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, black peppercorns, and black cardamom, give it a proper mix and fry it for 3-4 minutes.
·         Add rice and mix it well. Then Add water and mix it well. Now add fried chicken in it and cover and cook on high flame until most of the water dries.
·         Finally add fried nuts, cover and steam cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
Now Mughlai Pulao is read and serve it.

·         Take Pani (Water) 6 cups or as requirement.

Direction of Mughlai Pulao Recipe:

·         Pehly Chicken ko chicken tikka masala aur lemon juice laga ker 2-3 hours k liya marinate ker lein achi trha.
·         Phr Fry pan mein 1 tbs ghee/oil garam karein aur kaju, badam, pista aur kishmish dal ker fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein esy.
·          Ab Ek degchi main ¾ cup ghee/oil garam karein aur chicken ko fry ker lein aur phr esko side per rakh dein.
·         Or ab Ussi oil main pyaz dal ker sunhairi hunay tak fry kr lyn.
·         Ab Adrak lehsan paste shamil karein aur esy halka sa fry ker lein.
·         Or Ab is mein zeera, sauf, dhania, namak, tez paat, daar chini, laung, hari elaichi, kali mirch aur badi elaichi dal ker ache tarha esy  mix karein aur 3-4 minutes keliya fry kr lyn. 
·         Ab Chawal dal ker mix ker lein or Pani shamil karein aur mix kr lyn esy.
·         Akhir main Fried chicken dal ker,dhak ker tez anch per pakayen jab tak ke pani bilkul thora reh jaye es main or  Ab is mein fried nuts dal dein, dhak ker 10-15 mintues k liya dum per rakh dein esko.
·         Ab apka Mughlai Pulao tayyar hai.
