Ingredients of Chapli Kabab:
- Take Minced Beef 250 gm.
- Take Gram flour/Besan (Roasted) 3 tbsp.
- Take Dry Cumin (Dhanya) 1 tbsp.
- Take Red Chillies 8 pieces.
- Take Salt (According to taste).
- Take Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp.
- Take Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhanya) 2 tbsp.
- Take Green Chilies 2 pieces.
- Take Chopped Onions 1.
- Take Egg(s) 1.
Mathod of making Chapli Kabab:
- First of all Take minced beef & add roasted basin/4gm in it.
- Then add, dry dhanya/ dry cumin, whole red chilies, & Salt according to your taste.
- Add pomegranate seeds (Anardana), Coriander( hara dhanya) & green chilies in it.
- after that add chopped onion & an egg, mix them properly.
- Use Your hands for mixing them.
- Then Leave it for 1 hour.
- Finally make round shapes or other shape as you like of the mixture (kebab shape).
- After that put some chopped tomatoes over it and fry it in the pre-heated oil.
- Finally your Chapli Kebabs are ready to be serve.
