Chapli Kabab Recipes



Ingredients of Chapli Kabab:

  1.  Take Minced Beef 250 gm.
  2.  Take Gram flour/Besan (Roasted) 3 tbsp.
  3. Take Dry Cumin (Dhanya) 1 tbsp.
  4. Take Red Chillies 8 pieces.
  5. Take Salt (According to taste).
  6. Take Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp.
  7. Take Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhanya) 2 tbsp.
  8. Take Green Chilies 2 pieces.
  9. Take Chopped Onions 1.
  10. Take Egg(s) 1.
Mathod of making Chapli Kabab:
  1.   First of all Take minced beef & add roasted basin/4gm in it.
  2. Then add, dry dhanya/ dry cumin, whole red chilies, & Salt according to your taste.
  3. Add pomegranate seeds (Anardana), Coriander( hara dhanya) & green chilies in it.
  4. after that  add chopped onion & an egg, mix them properly.
  5. Use Your hands for mixing them.
  6.  Then Leave it for 1 hour.
  7. Finally make round shapes or other shape as you like of the mixture (kebab shape).
  8. After that put some chopped tomatoes over it and  fry it in the  pre-heated oil.
  9.  Finally your Chapli Kebabs are ready to be serve.
