Chicken Cheese Paratha Recipe by Cooking Recipes
Chicken cheese Paratha Recipe is very  delicious and tasty recipe.Which is made with chicken ,cheese, spices and other ingredients of this recipe.It is really a superb Chicken cheese paratha recipe that you can enjoy with a cup of tea.You can easily make it at your home.




                                 i.            Take Flour 1 cup.
                               ii.            Take White flour 1 cup.
                              iii.            Take Salt ½ tsp.
                             iv.            Take Oil ¼ cup.
                               v.            Take Water (warm) for kneading.


1)      Take Yogurt 2-3 tbs.
2)      Take Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs.
3)      Take Salt ½ tsp or according to your taste.
4)      Take Red chili flakes 1 & ½ tsp or according to your taste.
5)      Take Cumin seeds (roasted and crushed) 1 & ½ tsp.
6)      Take Black pepper (crushed) 1 & ½ tsp.
7)      Take Chicken boneless ½ kg.
8)      Take Oil 2-3 tbs (for frying).
9)      Take Cream cheese as per requirement.
10)   Take Mozzarella cheese as per requirement.
11)   Take Cheddar cheese as per requirement.
12)   Take Ghee for frying.

                   Direction for making paratha dough:

·         First of all in a bowl add flour, white flour, salt, Oil and water and then knead it well until the dough form.
·         After that cover it and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

                 Direction for Chicken marination:
·         Firstly cut the chicken into small cubes.
·         Then take a bowl and add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili flakes, cumin seeds (roasted and crushed) and black pepper (crushed) in it and then mix it well.
·         After that add chicken cubes I it and mix all the stuff well.
·         Then in a frying pan heat the oil and add marinated chicken and cook until chicken color changes and all the water dries up from the pan and then set aside.
·         Now roll out the dough into round shape with the help of your rolling pin.
·         After that apply ghee and cut the dough from center and roll out one edge and again make other dough.
·         Now apply dry flour on it and again roll out the dough with the help of your rolling pin.
·         Roll out the second dough into round shape and spread cream cheese, add stir fried chicken, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese and place second paratha dough on top and seal the edges with the help of fork.
·         In the griddle, heat ghee and fry stuffed paratha well from both sides with ghee.
·         Cut it into desired shape and serve it.

                Recipe in Urdu:

                Paratha dough k Ajza:

1)      Take Maida 1 cup.
2)      Take Atta 1 cup.
3)      Take Namak ½ tsp.
4)      Take Oil ¼ cup.
5)      Take Pani (neem garam) for kneading.

               For Chicken marination:

1)      Take Dahi 2-3 tbs.
2)      Take Adrak lehsan paste 1 tbs.
3)      Take Namak ½ tsp or according to your taste.
4)      Take Kuti lal mirch 1 & ½ tsp or according to your taste.
5)      Take Zeera (roasted and crushed) 1 & ½ tsp.
6)      Take Kali mirch (crushed) 1 & ½ tsp.
7)      Take Chicken boneless ½ kg.
8)      Take Oil 2-3 tbs (for frying).
9)      Take Cream cheese hasb e zaroorat.
10)   Take Mozzarella cheese hasb e zaroorat.
11)   Take Cheddar cheese hasb e zaroorat .
12)   Take Mozzarella cheese hasb e zaroorat.
13)   Take Ghee for frying.

                Direction of paratha dough:

·         Sab sy pehly Bowl mein maida, safeed ata, namak, oil aur pani dal ker ghond lein aur dough teyar kren.
·         Phr es ko Dhak ker 15-20 minutes k liye rakh dein usy.


·         Sab sy pehly Chicken ko chotay chotay cubes mein cut ker lein.
·         Ab aik Bowl mein dahi, adrak lehsan paste, namak, kuti lal mirch, zeera (roasted and crushed), kali mirch (crushed) dal ker ache tarha usy mix kr lyn.
·         Ab es main Chicken cubes shamil kr k achi trha mix kr lein.
·         Ab aik Frying pan mein oil dal ker garam kr lyn aur marinated chicken dal ker chicken ka rang tabdeel hunay tk aur pani khusk hunay tak paka lein usy or phr side per rakh dein.
·         Ab Dough ko rolling pin sa round shape mein bail lein or phr Ghee laga ker, dough ko beech mein sa cut ker lein aur ek edge ko roll kertay jayein aur phir sa dough bana lein.
·         Atta laga ker dubara rolling pin sa dough ko round shape mein bail lein.
·         Ab Ek aur dough ko round shape mein bail lein aur us k upper cream cheese laga ker stir fried chicken rakh dein or phr cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese ko dal ker us k upper dusra paratha dough rakh ker us k sbi edges ko fork ki madad sa seal kr dyn achi trha.
·         Ab akhir main Tawa per ghee garam karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa ghee dal ker fry ker lein.

·         Ab es ko apni mrzi ki Shape mein cut ker k serve kren.
