1.       Take Oil 3 tbs.
2.       Take Onion finely chopped 1.
3.       Take Tomato grinded 1.
4.       Take Garlic paste 1 tbs.
5.       Take Ginger paste ½ tbs.
6.       Take Red chili powder 1 tsp.
7.       Take Turmeric 1 pinch.
8.       Take all spice powder ¼ tsp.
9.       Take Salt according to your taste.
10.   Take Green chili 3-4.
11.   Take Water 2-3 tbs.
12.   Take Chickpeas boiled 1 & ½ cup.
13.   Take Water 1 & ½ cup.
14.   Take Cumin powder ½ tsp.
15.   Take Green coriander 2 tbs.
16.   Take Green chili 1-2.

Ø  First of all take a pan and add oil, onion (finely chopped), and tomato grinded and mix it well.
Ø  Add garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder, salt, green chili chopped in it and mix all the stuff properly.
Ø  Now add little water in it and give a good mix.
Ø  Now add chickpeas (boiled) in it and mix them well.
Ø  Gradually add water in it and mix them constantly.
Ø  At the end, add cumin powder, green coriander and green chilies in it.
Ø  Finally your recipe is ready and Serve with kachori and suji ka halwa.

4.       Take Lehsan 1 tbs.
5.       Take Adrak ½ tbs.
6.       Take Kuti lal mirch 1 tsp.
7.       Take Haldi 1 pinch.
8.       Take Garam masala ¼ tsp.
9.       Take Namak according to your taste.
10.   Take Hari mirch 3-4.
11.   Take Pani 2-3 tbs.
12.   Take Chanay boiled 1 & ½ cup.
13.   Take Pani 1 & ½ cup.
14.   Take Zeera ½ tsp.
15.   Take Hara dhania 2 tbs.
16.   Take Hari mirch 1-2.

Ø  Sab sy pehly aik Pan lyn or phr us mein oil, pyaz (finely chopped), tamatar (grinded) shamil karein aur sab chezon ko achi trha mix karein.
Ø  Ab is mein lehsan paste,adrak paste,kuti lal mirch,haldi,garam masala powder,namak,hari mirch(chopped) shamil kar dyn aur sary stuff ko achi trha mix ker lein.
Ø  Ab es mainThora pani dalein aur phr mix kerein.
Ø  Es k baad Ab is mein ublay hoye channay shamil karein aur ache tarha mix ker lein taky sara stuff teyar ho jay.
Ø  Ab es main thora thora ker k pani shamil karein.
Ø  Ab Akhir mein es main zeera powder,hara dhaniya aur hari mirchein (chopped)dal dyn.
Ab apki recipe teyar hy ap es ko Kachori aur suji ka halway k saath serve karein.
