Kachori Recipe quick and simple by Cooking Recipes

Kachori is a delicious and spicy recipe.this is one of those recipe you can make when 
Khasyou want to impress someone,you canmake this recipe at your home very easily.





Ingredients of Recipe:
1)      Take Flour 2cups.
2)      Take Salt ½ tsp or according to your taste.
3)      Take Oil ¼ cups.
4)      Take Water as per requirement.
Kachori filling Ingredients:
1)      Take Yellow lentil ½ cup (boiled and grinded).
2)      Take Green chili chopped 1.
3)      Take Fennel crushed ½ tsp (crushed).
4)      Take Red chili powder ½ tsp.
5)      Take All spice powder ¼ tsp.
6)      Take Cumin powder ½ tsp.
7)      Take Coriander chopped 2 tbs.
8)      Take Garlic powder ½ tsp.
9)      Take Salt 1 tsp.

Ø  Take a bowl and add flour, salt and oil in it and knead well.
Ø  Now add water (as per requirement) and knead all stuff properly to smooth dough.
Ø  Now Cover it carefully and leave for 15mins.
Ø  Now knead again, now your dough is ready.
Directions of Kachori filling:
Ø  First of all wash lentil properly and soak for 15 mins, now boil and grind it.
Ø  Now in yellow lentil, add green chili (chopped), fennel seeds (crushed), red chili powder, all spice powder, cumin powder, garlic, coriander (chopped), garlic powder and mix all the stuff properly.
Ø  Now add salt according to your taste and mix well.
Ø  Finally Divide dough, flatten, and add filling and deep fry on low flame.


Ajza of Recipe:
1.       Take Maida 2cups.
2.       Take Namak ½ tsp or according to your taste.
3.       Take Oil ¼ cup.
4.       Take Pani hasb e zarooart.


1.       Take Moong daal ½ cup.
2.       Take Hari mirch chopped 1.
3.       Take Saunf crushed ½ tsp.
4.       Take Lal mirch ½ tsp.
5.       Take Garam masala ¼ tsp.
6.       Take Zeera ½ tsp.
7.       Take Lehsan powder ½ tsp.
8.       Take Hara dhania chopped 2 tbs.
9.       Take Namak 1 tsp.

Ø  Ek Bowl mein maida,namak aur tel dal ker ghond lein.
Ø  Hasb e zarooart pani dal ker ache tarhan ghond lein yahan tak k dough tayyar ho jaye.
Ø  Dhak ker 15 mins kliya rakh dein.
Ø  Isko ek dafa aur haath se goondh lein, dough tayyar hai.
Ø  Kachori filling:
Ø  Moong daal ko dho ker 15 mins kliya bhego dein,ubal ker grind ker lein.
Ø  Ab moong daal mein hari mirch,saunf,lal mirch,garam masala,zeera,lehsan powder aur hara dhania (chopped)dal ker mix ker lein.
Ø  Ab namak shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Ø  Ab Dough k hissay ker lein or phr hamwaar bana ker is mein filling bhar dein ab esko halki annch per deep fry ker lein achi trha.Ab apki recipe teyar hy.
